Before contacting E-Lites please read the online instructions and view the video’s to ensure there is actually a fault with the product – most ‘problems’ are rectified by doing this. If there is definitely a problem with any component of your E-Pro we will replace it under warranty – but only once. If you need to return the E-Pro unit itself, please return all components and original packaging to us for a replacement. Please remember the E-Pro is an ELECTRONIC PRODUCT and as such should be cared for like a mobile phone. Products returned with excessive wear and tear will not be covered under warranty. We pride ourselves on quality and customer service, so please help us to continue to serve you efficiently by fault diagnosing prior to contacting us – this will enable us to rectify any genuine problems immediately.

E-PRO WARRANTY - Pack, wall charger, USB charger, car charger and battery will last up to 300 recharges - so we will replace any part or parts within this warranty period. Fair use policy applies - heavily worn units displaying excessive wear and tear will not be covered under warranty. 300 charges should equate to roughly 6-12 months use, dependant on how many you smoke per day.

E-60 WARRANTY - Battery is warranted for up to 100 charges - or 30 days use (limited lifetime warranty) USB charger is warranted for up to 300 charges - By looking after your E-60 you should be able to make it last long enough to use as many as 100 cartridges, and the USB charger a lot longer!

EXEC WARRANTY - Wall charger, USB charger and battery are warranted for up to 300 charges.
